Shipping Policy
At Van Jan Professional Equipment, we work to ensure your equipment arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Coverage
We offer free shipping on most equipment orders within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations may require additional freight charges.
Shipping Methods
Large equipment is shipped via freight carrier and delivered curbside. Most freight deliveries include lift-gate service. The delivery driver will lower the equipment to ground level, but customers are responsible for moving the equipment to its final location.
Smaller items such as parts and accessories may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Freight Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting the shipment. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours so we can assist with the freight claim process.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Van Jan Professional Equipment is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping addresses.
